The 135th General Assembly was one of the least productive in modern history. I won’t be too mad at that considering that, generally speaking, it’s better for working people when our beautiful state legislatures do as little work as possible.

But the 135th will always hold a special place in my heart, because that’s when The Rooster entered the big leagu…
