Yes, I read this elsewhere: "Leslie Wexner (whom the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed on Wednesday!)" Has he been served? Do you think he will show?

Also, how do you think that Matt Patricia did this season?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Important peak at the feckless rubes sitting on the public transit board. Next time look into how many COTA six figure «executives» ride the bus with their free passes to work. Especially important when you consider that their office is at Broad and High where all the bus routes end up. Great work as always, Rooster.

The Metro and our county's free-to-ride buses have been a world of difference since our move to the DMV a year and a half ago. I still have many complaints and critiques! But it's wild how even a wanting metro system can expose COTA for the sham of mismanagement it has endured

It's all about control. True leadership is avoided for COTA. No vision or dream for the future. It's a long-term goal to just stay in first gear and do nothing that would help the working poor.

You volunteering for a spot on the board?

Appointment to the bus board comes from the town mayor and council. Gertrude Bartley has been appointed to the board for many years for her groveling to the town white power.

Ya I figure it'd be something like that.

I think DJ thinks people don’t want to ride the bus because they don’t want to be in the company of poor people. That might be true for some but the main reason is that it takes three times as long and sometimes multiple transfers to get where you want to go vs driving. People with jobs and places to be can’t afford to triple their commute times. If a train or bus can get me to where I want to go in roughly the same amount of time, I’d definitely use it! I would love to take a nice relaxing train or bus ride to work every day.
