Mike DeWine is either lying or dumb. But more than likely he's both.

For one glorious month in 2020, Ohio led the nation in response to the unfolding coronavirus pandemic. Governor DeWine shuttered bars and restaurants in the middle of March. We were told to stay home to flatten the curve, and Ohioans did just that as DeWine enjoyed unprecedented approval ratings.
