J.D. Vance's little brother has a voter registration problem

It's been that kind of campaign for Cory Bowman.

Cory Bowman did not update his voter registration after claiming to move to Cincinnati’s west end “right after the primary” in May.

Cory Bowman, the Holy Rollin’ half-brother of Vice President J.D. Vance, is currently running a no-shot Republican campaign to become Cincinnati’s next mayor.

He also likely committed voter fraud on Oct. 7 when he voted early at the Hamilton County Board of Elections:

According to Ohio’s Secretary of State office, Bowman and his wife, Jordan, are still registered to vote at 6039 Oakwood Avenue in Cincinnati’s College Hill neighborhood:

According to Hamilton County Auditor records (shoutout to Jessica Miranda), Bowman still owns the property at 6039 Oakwood Avenue.

However, Bowman listed the mailing address as an apartment in downtown Cincinnati:

Both addresses, however, are a far cry from Cincinnati’s “west end,” where Bowman claimed to have moved “right after the [May 6] primary,” in August:

It’s possible that Bowman lied about moving to the West End despite making several on-the-record claims otherwise.

But let’s take Bowman at face value. While both addresses reside within city limits, Bowman’s old address belongs to a different county judicial district, which means he likely cast a fraudulent vote in that particular race if he didn’t vote provisionally on Oct. 7.

The Rooster asked Bowman if he voted provisionally early Sunday afternoon. He has yet to respond to the question, and this story will be updated if he does.

But it’s not unsurprising that Bowman would make a simple gaffe while running for Cincinnati’s highest elected office. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported in March that Bowman had never voted in a city election.

Voting at old addresses is commonplace in American elections. However, the Ohio Republican Party has made much ado about “election security” and statistically non-existant voter fraud under Secretary of State Frank LaRose, who canvassed alongside Bowman during the primary campaign.

While Bowman likely won’t be charged for voter fraud, he’ll have plenty of time to update his voter registration after he loses to Democratic incumbent Aftab Pureval on Nov. 4.

Tiara Ross’ relative accuses her of stolen valor in latest commercial

I feel good in predicting that the Columbus City Council District 7 race will be the most expensive city council campaign in Columbus history.

Tiara Ross, the establishment’s ordained candidate, released a new commercial last week. It has amassed 29,000 views on YouTube with the comments turned off.
