State Rep. Jena Powell committed voter fraud or mortgage fraud
Voter fraud did happen in Ohio's last election!
As a quick background for the intelligent people who don’t fuck with Ohio politics, an elected state representative has to live in the district they represent for one year prior to the date of the election, and they have to reside in their district for the entirety of their term. If someone, perhaps an insane communist blogger who previously ran against them, discovered that they do not live in their district, Ohio law says that they “shall forfeit the office.”
Another small fun fact is that when a homeowner resides within their home (rather than rent it out), they qualify for an owner-occupied credit on their property taxes. The county auditor is required to review parcels yearly to make sure they still qualify. And one last annoying fact (for Jena Powell) is that when a person signs a contract, then violates the terms of the contract, they are in breach of the contract. When that contract is a mortgage, the lender can pursue a range of legal options, which are usually stated in the contract.
Now that the background is set, here’s the fun part. State Rep Jena Powell (R-Arcanum) is either committing voter fraud; lives in Mason, Ohio; and can be ejected from her seat in the Ohio House of Representatives; or, she breached her mortgage contract by not occupying the home she purchased on November 10, 2021 at 1250 Laura Lane in Mason, Ohio for at least one year. Even if we give Jena the benefit of the doubt on every one of the facts, that means her husband committed voter fraud.
The evidence that Jena committed voter fraud is a bit like a long math equation. Jena’s husband (since September 2021) is Daniel R. Baron, a Cedarville University Graduate and God-fearing Christian who probably leaves his socks on while he fucks in missionary. He is also a REALTOR® in Cincinnati, running his own agency called The Baron Group, which is associated with Keller Williams. Danny, as he is known, seems to be doing fairly well for himself in the world of Real estate. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, posts frequent social media updates from the Cincinnati area, and has co-led worship at Grace Baptist Church in Mason for years (per his profile from realproducersmag.com in fall 2021).
Danny, to no one’s surprise, is registered to vote in Warren County, at 1333 Firethorne Drive. Jena is registered to vote in Darke County, at 8032 State Route 722, Arcanum. The next logical question would be, where does Jena actually live?
Well, we know that the owners of 8032 SR 722 are Jena Powell and Danny Baron. They purchased the property on 9/10/21, which is one year and two months prior to 11/8/22, election day for Jena. However, curiously, Jena and Danny do not receive an owner occupied credit on their taxes for this property.
Does Jena own any other property in Darke County where she might reside? Records show that she also owns, on her own, 8851 SR 722. She purchased that property on 2/25/20. Though it does appear from the street view that there is a house on the lot, it looks like a WE BUY HOUSES special. It definitely is not the house that appears in any of Jena’s HGTV-inspired Instagram photos (@jena_powell). Jena also does not receive an owner-occupied credit on the taxes for this property.
The Warren County Auditor’s property records indicate that Danny owns two properties in that county. The first, at 1333 Firethorne Drive in Mason, was purchased by Danny alone on 6/25/20. The second, at 1250 Laura Lane in Mason, was purchased by Danny and Jena on 11/10/21.
Looking more closely at the Laura Lane property, the taxes for 2021 show that there was a non-business tax credit, but there was no owner-occupied credit. The Firethorne Drive property shows that an owner-occupied credit was claimed in 2020, the year Danny purchased the home, and in 2021. All evidence points to the fact that Danny lives at 1333 Firethorne Drive.
I can’t pass up the opportunity to shout out Linda Oda, the Warren County Recorder. Despite being a Republican, and having attended Animal Torture University (Miami of Ohio), she runs a tight ship. Warren County maintains a database of property records that I would have been forced to rent a c*r to obtain from any other county. These records include the mortgage agreements Danny and Jena signed when they purchased these houses.
And those mortgages are where Jena gets herself into hot water. When Danny signed his mortgage to finance the Firethorne Drive property, the contract included a clause which states that the borrower will occupy the house within 60 days of signing, and will continue to occupy the house for at least one year after moving in. It seems like he did that, since he is registered to vote and that address, and claimed the tax credit in 2020 and 2021.
When Jena and Danny signed their mortgage for 1250 Laura Lane, they signed a mortgage that contained the exact same clause. Sometime between November 10, 2021 and January 9th of 2022, Jena and Danny had to occupy Laura Lane. And no matter which date in that range was their move-in date, the one year period afterward extends through the date Jena was up for election – 11/8/22. Danny wasn’t living on Laura Lane on his own – he was living on Firethorne. Unless, of course, Danny committed voter fraud and property tax fraud.
I know that’s a lot of dates and math, but all you really need to know is that I just saved Frank LaRose hours of staff labor! He’s been warning us of the dangers of voter fraud, and I’m sad to say, he was correct on this one. Republican House Representative Jena Powell, or her husband (or both!) committed voter fraud on 11/8/22. AND if Jena committed voter fraud, then she also “shall forfeit the office.”
Jena may be a country bumpkin from Darke County, but she does know a thing or two about keeping up appearances on social media. Including the appearance of actually residing in her district. After studying her posts the other night to the point where I nearly transformed into an influencer, I found a few examples of Jena violating the 9th Commandment. That’s not lying, for you godless heathens. The first warning sign that her posts are residential puffery is that she regularly tags her location as “Darke County.” Well, go look at her post on December 11, 2022. It’s a photo of Jena and Danny, in Baron Group shirts, laughing and serving hot cocoa. Shit is straight from a Lifetime movie where a big city House Rep comes home for the holidays to a Darke County farm, where a REALTOR® is about to teach her the meaning of Christmas.
Except that photo is actually from November 6, 2020. Through the magic of the internet, I will show you how I know. The Baron Group held a well-publicized client event at the Holiday Auto Theater in Hamilton, Ohio on that date. I know this because Danny posted a video to Facebook where he said he was at the Holiday Auto Theater in Hamilton, getting ready for their event on November 6th. The Baron Group, as I learned during my tedious research of these Jesus freaks, employs a full-time photographer/videographer. As a result, they have lovely video and photos from all of their events, including this one. Jena attended the event, as seen in this screen cap from the Youtube video of the event.
You can see that she is wearing the same grey Baron group shirt, there is bright stadium lighting being used in both, and she even has on the same necklace in both photos. Hamilton is 43 miles from where Jena pretends to live in Darke County. But that didn’t stop her from tagging herself as being in Darke County. One begins to wonder how many of her other posts tagged as Darke County are actually from the Cincinnati area.
If all of that isn’t enough, I also have enough verifiable public information to show that Jena intentionally misrepresented important facts about herself during her campaigns, which is a violation of Ohio Election law. But proving she committed voter fraud and doesn’t live in her district seems like enough for today.
DJ: I'm sorry to inform you that President Xi Jinping’s Patriots Caucus took a vote and you're never allowed to stop reporting on these sewer creatures.
It would be interesting to contact the board of elections and request copies of the petitions she filed to run for office.
