Big shoutout today to all the racist losers who won’t take Juneteenth seriously as the federal government’s latest holiday. Talk about doubling down on your stupidity!
It’s a much more worthwhile holiday to me than, say, Presidents Day, which honors the likes of Lincoln and Roosevelt but also the other genocidal racist war criminals who didn’t dump the Confederates or the Nazis into an early grave.
Hell, we need more holidays! Three-day weekends should be the norm, not the exception. But that’s a dispatch for another today. There is no dispatch today per the well-documented policy declaring that if the bankers ain’t working, then neither is The Rooster.
