What are the chances democrats won’t take all the wrong lessons from this election? They demobilized the left and put their faith in white moderates again and that strategy failed…. again. My bet is they will go even harder to the right. I hope I’m wrong.
Ohio voters keep disappointing me in every election since 2016. Democracy in Ohio is officially dead since Issue 1 failed. I need to find a new place to call home. But no place in America will be safe from Trump’s wrath against “the enemy within.”
If you have the means and ability to leave Ohio, I would certainly do it. Although no place is utopia, I have never met anyone that regretted moving from Ohio. And I have met several hundred.
It’s almost like putting the American people in debt for billions in order to murder Arab children for psychopathic racist real estate agents doesn’t sell.
A great commentary that helped ease the pain of the previous night. Last night was preordained when Bill Clinton (who I call one of the most outstanding Republican President of the 20th century) rammed through NAFTA, and sealed the deal for a Neo-Lib Democratic Party. A great big fuck you to the working class. they returned the compliment last night. Glad I subscribed to you.
Thank you Mr. Cunningham. And yeah, it was certainly a choice to send Bill Clinton to Cleveland given his NAFTA ties as you mentioned as well as the Jeff Epstein connection.
Just a PS to my comment. Kudos to my home state of Missouri (or as we used to call it Misery) that last night approved an abortion rights amendment to their constitution. Missouri is weird. It 's state house is fascistic, but it not only approved last night's amendment, but has on three occasions run the right to work forces out of the state in humiliating defeats. A state of extremes.
Who knew that I would be getting advice and needed perspective from The Rooster?

I need a couple days to think about it. There aren't many easy answers, I fear.

Yeah, but it's tough to square that proposition with the winning candidate also wanting to do that as well as deport millions of immigrants.
You will not be ‘speeding’ down Broad Street. An empty bus is an empty bus. You are Ginther’s new best tool.
That's the beauty of the Bus Rapid Transit system. Even if the bus is empty it has a priority lane. And it won't be empty, because I am on it.
I encourage you to ride the 10 Bus sometime. It's never empty.

Which state do you recommend I move to after graduating from college?
That's tough to say without knowing what you're looking for. But if it were up to me, I'd have to go with Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC or Colorado.
