Robbing the gambling addicts to give to the rich
Our self-described leaders are looking to shove the addicts into a wood-chipper to finance an income tax cut.
As recently as a few years ago, I would have supported expanding gambling to phone casinos. The proceeds would be millions of dollars the state would lose to illegal ventures or other states that legalized so-called iGaming.
