Why haven’t we heard from the Mayor, appointed city council and the Franklin County Democratic Party about their position on the Columbus City Schools levy. Isn’t education an important issue in a growing cowtown?
Where is all the money for public transportation in this city? Why do the busses only seem to drive down very specific roads, back and forth, as infrequently as they do.
Why isn’t there a federal court in Columbus, despite it being the most populous and only growing city in Ohio? What makes Cincinnati and Cleveland so much better?
Can we expect any Dem bust ups for being spineless careerist freaks selling out the working class?? I don’t expect anything less from them because they are the other capitalist party but them going along with the redistricting pissed me off.
We already know that the state of actual democracy in Columbus and Ohio is, well, dogshit. You've spent a LOT of time in and around spaces where actual power and decision-making are being wielded. Do you have any thoughts or recommendations on where our limited energy should be directed in terms of actually putting meaningful, material pressure on the elites that rule us?

Many millions of taxpayer dollars collected for bus service is sitting in their bank account unspent since they’ve drastically reduced service.

I like Joe personally but I have about as much chance as being mayor and wish we could do better for a candidate on the left.
