The curious case of the Congressman's road rage
In my opinion, Congressman Miller is lying his bony little ass off about a road rage incident that earned him national attention last week.

Congressman Max “Music Man” Miller made headlines last week when he alleged a deranged motorist (repetitive, I know) “ran him off the road” and threatened him, his family, as well as the entire Jewish religion while “waving a Palestinian flag out the window of his car.”
That would certainly be a horrible thing… if it happened as Miller said. And while I understand legacy media’s urge to take a Congressman at his word in situations like that, Miller, in my opinion, is an unreliable narrator, especially when it comes to anything involving Palestine, which he gleefully said Israel would “turn into a parking lot” in 2023.
I don’t doubt that a road rage incident happened. Maybe even between two people. Driving cars turns respectable people into mutants.
But Miller’s original story stretched credulity, at best. Miller alleged that another driver, whom we now know is Dr. Feras Hamdan, cut him off on the highway, only for Miller to pursue the guy and then roll down his window “so he could hear what he was saying.”
And that, somehow, this situation, which, again, Miller pursued, ended with him being “run off the road” and having his entire bloodline threatened by a maniac “waving a Palestinian flag.”
The original police report, which The Rooster obtained in part, makes no mention of Miller being run off the road. NBC News reported that police searched for the flag, which Miller, in an edited version of his original tweet, claimed Dr. Hamdan had “tossed out the window.”
Police found no such flag.
Later, Miller told WEWS that Dr. Hamdan had “pulled up a picture of a Palestinian flag on his phone,” which is somehow more unbelievable than a mild-mannered doctor traveling with a Palestinian flag in his car in the off chance he gets into an argument with one of the most virulent Zionists in Congress.
In that second telling to WEWS, Miller said Dr. Hamdan “swerved at him,” which is a far cry from being “run off the road” as the Congressman originally claimed.
In the 911 call, Miller makes sure to identify himself as “Congressman Max Miller,” which, in my opinion, shows his immediate intent to weaponize law enforcement and the judicial system against Dr. Hamdan.
Multiple articles later claimed Rocky River police “arrested” Dr. Hamdan, which is certainly one way of describing Hamdan turning himself into local police after being baselessly and outrageously accused, according to Hamdan’s lawyer, Issa Elkhatib.
At the arraignment, prosecutors asked for a $250,000 bond for Dr. Hamdan, which was already ridiculous given Dr. Hamdan’s lack of criminal evidence and the marginal evidence against him.
Judge Joseph Burke, however, doubled the amount, slapping Dr. Hamdan with a $500,000 bond while grandstanding about violence against politicians.
The tough talk rings hollow when you learn that Miller hosted a fundraiser for Judge Burke in March 2023:
Whoopsie doodle! Judge Burke probably should have deleted that post before going to bat for his personal friend, Congressman Miller.
As for Miller, he is using the so-called “antisemitic attack,” of which there is no evidence other than his ever-changing word, to do a hit with deranged right-wing radio host Bob Frantz.
In it, Miller claimed to have “one hand on the wheel and one hand on my weapon.” He also invited “anyone with a problem” to “visit him at home,” where, presumably, his one-year-old daughter lives at least part of the time.
In my opinion, these are the actions of an unwell man. And that’s before mentioning his pin-sized pupils in the video, the gossip in Washington that he’s doing cocaine, or that he came “geeked out of his mind” to the Congressional softball game and had to make “several apologies” the following day, according to Capitol Hill standby Big Canton.
To compound Miller’s problems, Dr. Hamdan drives a Tesla. Those things come with a battery of cameras (that Tesla uses to sell footage to third parties).
We’ll see how the case develops.
