A Lake County judge ruled on Friday that it’s for a jury to decide whether a criminal offense occurred when Ohio’s fifth-ranked blogger celebrated the downfall of a powerful State Senator by texting him an objectively tasteful image of a nude cartoon troll.

As I decided within minutes of my arrest for protected political speech: There will be no surrender. There will be no plea deal, sweetheart or otherwise. We’re taking this to the bridge, wherever that bridge may lead.
The Trial of the Century is set to begin on Oct. 8 at the Willoughby Courthouse; it will be open to the public and the free press, as it remains in America.
Unfortunately, the road to exoneration won’t be cheap.
