What the hell is State Rep. Juanita Brent's problem?

She abuses staff and can't even do the bare minimum required in the job she pursued.

It’s honestly a charmed life as a Democratic State Representative in a supermajority. You get all the salary, benefits and prestige with none of the actual responsibilities of governing.
