Who's This Ohio Legislative Dipshit?
Today's dossier profiles a home-schooled geeky freak who served eight years on the State School Board before transitioning to the Statehouse to fight sex education standards.
If you’re reading The Rooster, you’re already aware of the lizard cabal that controls every lever of power within our state government. There are, however, many more lesser-known lizards that are actively forcing their fringe beliefs on the rest of us.
Enter the new series, Who’s This Legislative Dipshit? Today we examine a “geeky freak” in every sense of the phrase: State Rep. Sarah Fowler Arthur, a Republican hailing from Geneva-on-the-Lake.
I’ve never met a homeschooled kid who wasn’t a socially stunted weirdo with a myriad of complexes that require a battery of psychologists to unpack. (Not that I would know about that last part.)
Not saying the afflicted can’t evolve from that. Some of them can, and it usually comes about when they experience life outside of living under their weirdo parents’ thumb.
Others, however, become obsessed with the idea that their lunatic way of life is the one true lunatic way of life to guide them all.
These types of homeschoolers tend to flock to Ohio’s Evangelical Christian movement, with conservative “leadership training” organizations (read: tax grifters) like The Forge seeing them as the future culture warrior thought leaders of tomorrow.
Rep. Fowler Arthur falls into that latter category. Consider this snippet from her official biography:
Prior to being elected to the House, Fowler Arthur has served on the Ohio State Board of Education since 2013. Sarah has supported parental direction of children’s education and local control of Ohio’s public schools throughout her tenure. She is the first homeschool graduate in the nation to be elected to a State Board of Education.
Yes, that’s right. Rep. Fowler Arthur played a pivotal role in the state’s public education system despite never once in her life attending or working in a public school. She wasn’t there as an ally.
Coincidentally, under her reign, Ohio saw the largest public education swindle in state history as well as strategic funneling of public dollars to unaccountable private schools.
Ohio’s education system tumbled in national rankings.
What’s truly tragic is Rep. Fowler Arthur replaced former Democratic State Rep. John Patterson, one of the fiercest defenders of public education in the Statehouse, when he was term-limited out of office.
The grand canyon could not accommodate the drop-off for public school students.
Rep. Fowler Arthur is your standard issue hobgoblin when it comes to other areas of legislation. She is rabidly against sex education standards, going so far as trying to kill HB 105 — known as Erin’s Law — that would establish any education of children on sexual abuse.
She has recruited fellow theocratic foot soldiers at the Ohio Center for Christian Virtue — The Rooster covered OCCV’s new downtown penthouse headquartersthat overlooks the Statehouse back in November — in her bizarre fight against sex trafficking for reasons that I’m sure are rational and normal.
You can deduce the rest of her positions from there, unfortunately.
Perhaps even weirder is her husband, Isaac Arthur.
You’re probably wondering, “Who the hell is Isaac Arthur?” Well, here’s a Wikipedia snippet on Isaac Arthur that definitely wasn’t written by Isaac Arthur:
Arthur was born to two physicists and raised by his mother and his grandfather, Alan Arthur, along with an older sister. He was homeschooled from the age of ten, and dropped out of high school at age twelve. He received his GED at the age of sixteen. In 2001 he graduated at the top of his class with a degree in physics from Kent State University and began to pursue a graduate degree in biophysics.[6]
Arthur enlisted in the United States Army in 2003[7] and was stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and Giessen, Germany. He left the military in 2010, returning to his home in Ashtabula, Ohio. Arthur became involved in local politics and now serves as chairman of the Ashtabula County board of elections.[1][6][8][9]
Sweet, her husband is a fellow home-school supremacist whose also in charge of counting the votes in her elections. I’m sure that arrangement came to pass by total coincidence.
He also has over 670,000 subscribers on Youtube, where Rep. Arthur Fowler sometimes appears. (You can also watch their wedding on YouTube, too.)
Arthur nerds out over what future society might look like (after the home-school revolution) in the distant future when we will all be dead; meanwhile his wife plows ahead at work trying to send working people back to the age of serfdom. And you can almost guarantee they’re actively trying to reproduce.
Further proof that, if left to their own devices, nerds will attempt to turn the world to ashes and try to re-erect society in their image. They must be ostracized from society at the soonest possibility.

I am a frequent watcher of Issac Arthur's channel. His channel regularly touches on biological evolution or discusses it at length from various perspectives. There's nothing that would indicate his entertaining creationism (other than looking at the simulation hypothesis)
Makes me wonder if Sarah and Issac just don't agree on that or she's allied herself with creationists for political expediency.
I feel attacked by this trash. Isaac Arthur is a great man and you know nothing of his work. And to attack his wife for simply thinking differently than you makes me realize that you sir or ma'am are the one that the world should be weary of. Shame on you for profitting of this lame excuse to poke fun at these people and shame on you for using a curse word in you title to express yourself. That is not nothing but a show of your idiocy. Ill never read another article from your publication.
