What the hell is Youngstown State doing?

It seems like recent hard times won't be going away for the beleaguered university.

There was a time, as short as it was, that I thought I might continue my education at Youngstown State University. I had never been to Youngstown nor had any connections to the area, but I had promised my mom I’d look into some schools despite my plans to enlist in the United States Army after high school.
