I'd love to see / hear if McClain and Reineke really believe that the proposed Route 23 bypass will do anything to relieve and improve travel along this road. Is there data to prove it ... do they have ODOT under their watch on this issue? Seems folks in Marion County aren't buying it, myself included.

There is tons of data showing that one more lane will, in fact, not reduce any congestion and just induce more people to drive. I'll have to get his take next week hopefully before the big winter break.
